Yoshihisa Heishi / Jury member of MAGIC International Manga Contest
Yoshihisa Heishi joined Shueisha in 1991, after graduating at the university. He joined the editorial team of Weekly Shônen Jump magazine. He became deputy editor of the magazine and then of Jump SQ Magazine.
From 2011 to 2017, he is editor of the Weekly Shônen Jump.
From 2014 to 2017, he is also editor of Shônen Jump Plus.
Currently, he is leading the third editorial section of Shueisha, bringing together Weekly Shônen Jump, Jump Square, V Jump, and Jump Plus. As a publisher, he has worked on various mangas including YU-GI-OH !, Black Cat, Ninku, Steel Ball Run – Season 7 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.
