The program still includes extraordinary guests, animation, manga, video games, exhibitions, an international cosplay and an international manga competitions and several activities…

Come ogni anno, Hiroyuki Nakano (del Weekly Shônen Jump), Kyosuke Fujita et Shuhei Hosono (del Shônen Jump Plus), Sahé Cibot (di Shibuya International) et Hervé Trouillet (di Shibuya Productions) hanno messo le loro competenze al servizio di opere che sono sempre cosi difficili da classificare.

Teniamo a ringraziare ancora una volta tutti i partecipanti. Anche se non siete selezionati, sapiate che abbiamo studiato il vostro lavoro e risentito vaste emozione scoprendo le vostre opere.
È importante per nor di ricordarsi che è spesso necessario di agire per sperare, et di continuare per riuscire!

Eravamo già attirati dal suo manga, ma siamo restati particolarmente toccati dalla personalità di Théodore, un talento che volevamo incoraggiare.

2/ Dauphine : Maria Enjelia Villanueva con “Re:Coil” (Filippine)
Maria ha partecipato molte volte al concorso, arrivando più di una volta in finale. Mancava pero qualche cosa a le sue opere per che vincessi. Quest’anno, il manga che ci ha presentato è coerente, dinamico, e ben costituito. Ricompensiamo il suo lavoro e la sua tenacità.

3/ Fovorito della juria : Loïck Ngue con “True Ikigai” (Francia)
Abbiamo apprezzato l’approccio originale del partecipante. Appassionato di manga e calcio, mostra molta determinazione e audacia !
È quest’audacia che ci ha fatto rimettere questo premio favorito della giuria.

The editors-in-chief of Shonen Jump and Shonen Jump+ have noted, as well, a level of improvement in the works of our participants!

The authors of the five works that are not being selected for the final, will be contacted on late January by a jury member, communicating to them some explanations in order to improve their creations.

Few weeks ago, we sadly announce the MAGIC postpone …We still have to wait until 2023 to meet you again but luckily, we have received 49 projects from 20 different countries (France, Canada, Congo, Singapore, Venezuela, Portugal, Philippines, Algeria, Italy, United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Sweden, Monaco, Kazakhstan, Germany, Cameroon, Belgium, Togo and Russia) and the Magic International Manga Contest remains!

The preselection was difficult for our Jury members: “As usual, with this contest, it’s Christmas before its time!  This year, we were amazed by a lot of projects. The level has increased with a diversity in the scripts and drawings with strong personality! “

It’s now a pleasure to announce the 10 preselected stories:
